I began my career in Therapeutic Massage and Body Work in 1992. Over the years I have made a commitment to evolve with
the needs of my clientele.
To date I have logged over 3000 hours
in education and training.
In 2015 my advanced training earned me the highest industry credential as Board Certified in Therapeutic
Massage & Bodywork (BCTMB).
Aside from my drive to achieve the highest level of education and training, in the end it is all about the client experience.

Your initial client intake form and ongoing feedback will help me to tailor your session
to address your specific requests for each visit.
Instead of challenging you to choose a specific technique for your session,
allow me to call upon my 30 years of training to provide a truly customized session
which includes experience in the following modalities:
- Swedish Massage Techniques- for the ultimate in relaxation.
- Deep Tissue Techniques- to work out tension and break up adhesions.
- MyoFacial Release- to help relieve acute and chronic pain, fibromyalgia, scoliosis, neurological dysfunction and restriction of motion.
- Integrated Manual Therapy and Orthopedic Massage- addressing pain, dysfunction, disease and disability by seeking the causes of the challenges. These techniques offer the client an opportunity for healing, recovery and rehabilitation as an alternative and /or complement to invasive surgical procedures or aggressive pharmaceutical treatments.
- Acupressure - Acupressure is an ancient healing art that uses the fingers to press key points on the surface of the skin to stimulate the body’s natural self-curative abilities. When these points are pressed, they release muscular tension and promote the circulation of blood and the body’s life force energy (sometimes known as qi or chi) to aid healing.
- Reflexology- based on an ancient Chinese therapy, reflexology involves manipulation of specific reflex areas in the foot, hands, and ears that correspond to other parts of the body. Similar to acupressure principles, reflexology works with the body¹s energy flow to stimulate self-healing and maintain balance in physical function. This technique is used to reduce pain, increase relaxation, and stimulate circulation of blood and lymphatic fluids.
- Lymphatic Drainage Therapy- to drain stagnant fluids, detoxify, regenerate tissues and maintain a healthy immune system.
- Pregnancy Massage Techniques- safe, effective somatic therapies administered prenatally through labor and postpartum periods to reduce pregnancy discomforts and concerns and enhance the physiological & emotional well-being of both mother & baby utilizing specialized, advanced training in the anatomy, physiology, complications, precautions, and contraindications.
- Oncology Massage Techniques- utilizing advanced training tailored to the physical, emotional, and psychological needs of clients in all stages of cancer from diagnosis, through treatment and beyond.
- Burn Scar Techniques - caring compassionate touch utilizing specific training and techniques that address the evolving scar tissue.
- CranioSacral Therapy- a gentle, hands-on approach that releases tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve whole-body health.
- Sports Massage Techniques- to enhance athletic performance and recovery. Pre-event to prepare the muscles for performance, post-event to calm the nervous system and assist the process of flushing toxins and waste products out of the body. Post-event massage can reduce recovery time. When an athlete sustains an injury, skillful massage therapy can often speed and improve the quality of healing.
- Belavi Facial Massage Technique- designed to firm sagging skin, stimulate blood and collagen, move lymphatic fluid and soften lines.
- Reiki- a hands-on energy healing art that originated in Japan in the early 20th century by Mikao Usui, who had a life-changing experience of light and energy that he recognized as Reiki (sacred life force) and that awakened his innate healing abilities. He developed a system of practices that enabled others to become effective healers. As a harmonic flow of universal energy is strengthened within the client and practitioner, healing occurs through the return of physical, mental, and spiritual balance.
